3 Things To Keep In Mind When Buying An Engagement Ring

Gentlemen (and ladies): listen up!

Here are some things to keep in mind when you are finally planning to get your engagement ring done.

#1: Take Her Style Into Account

You won't believe how on point the design of the ring can be based off of her fashion preferences! Before going to a jeweler, pay attention to what she wears the majority of the time, take notes, and look out for hints that she may be dropping on her ideal engagement ring.

#2: Think About Her Work Setting

She may be an artist of work at an office, and these qualities are either going to block an array of options for the band or give you extra room to play a little more with the design. If she's an artist, for example, a plain band and solitaire would be better because you don't want paint to be constantly stuck in between pave diamonds, right?

#3: Keep In Mind Deadlines + Budgets

Whether you are ready or still saving up, plan ahead and start doing a little bit of research. Some jewelers take more time than others but in general, they will help you out in advance without a problem. On the other hand, select a budget you are comfortable with and stick to it! A good jeweler will always find you the best value for what you can afford and you will be able to select the stone and ring based off of what you can afford.
